My experience with Lighthouse Bay Management was HORRIBLE! These people are extremely deceptive, and get off on exercising their perceived authority. Moving to Lighhouse Bay was a mistake. If there is a problem with your apartment, they will do their best to find you at fault. When I moved into my apartment, I thought, "It's okay, and I'll make the best of it." Looks are deceiving! It was a nightmare! The roaches that spewed from within the walls, the mouse that scurried across my floor, and the other residents dogs leaving piles of poop anywhere and everwhere is downright disgusting and deplorable. And if that isn't enough to detour you, the management is SOOO nice to you UNTIL they get your money and signature on the lease; once you sign, you're DOOMED!The women in the office will lie to you about everything, so be SURE to get anything they claim in WRITING. Also, be careful those snakes do bite. Don't just take my word for it, and don't be fooled by the positive reviews that management posts in order to save face with their superiors, Come visit this dump and see for yourself. Oh, and check out the lovely tennis court that is riddled with dog feces ;o) Be safe, rent elsewhere!
