Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Title say's it all, had so much damn mice in the apartment I had to start charging them rent. I don't mind an occasional rodent but they never paid and believe me they don't leave, EVER!

1 manager was cool, the rest don't care, you leave there not them!

Maintence was desent, until they walk in whenever they want.

If your a military member thinking about moving in, don't put extra stress on your First Sarge by getting out of your lease.
