I have lived there for a while, and just recently have become disappointed. It seems they are allowing just anyone to move in.

Recently they posted a flyer in the office stating "the office is closed on Sunday's", well this open Pandora's door for the surronding neighborhood kids to enjoy what we pay for. Not onlu is it not fair to the tenants not to mention safety issues with the horsing & using the patio furniture as floating devices.

Well, I thought I saw something about a security guard monitoring the pool on Sundays to prevent other people using it. It doesn't bother me, I don't use the pool but seems like an effort is being made to make us happy.
