Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I've lived here for 2.5 years and although it's not perfect, the people that work there have always followed up on my complaints - like my neighbors leaving garbage out :( The person before me said the pool gets crazy, but I've see those poor girls kicking people outta there.It's nice, clean and the cheapest I found down here in South Tampa.
Not every place is perfect but I like living here in my place.
