The place to call...

HELL!
Nothing but problems with water coming into every corner of the apartment and all office staff says is, "With this heat it should dry in a day or two"! WHAT'!'! I thought she was joking, but she wasn't. I asked if I could move into another apartment that didn't flood every few days when it rains hard, and they still refuse to do anything other than charge me to get out of the existing apartment and charge me again to rent a flood-free apartment! I now have black mold growing on the carpeting and it has begun to smell very musty. Needless to say, I am looking to move somewhere else even if I have to pay twice as much! Oh, and that is not all; I have seen a mouse in my apartment twice already even after putting down the traps that I had to provide (Once again, they refuse to be of any help), and the moment you turn out the lights, roaches are everywhere. I have been keeping a log of pictures, video, dates, and the interaction that I have had with the office and I am proving the housing authority with a complete record of how poorly Lighhouse Bay is managed.
This is NOT the place to move to no matter how much $ you are looking to save! It's just NOT worth it!

"Ms.Anybody" Not only your story, but your name seems unbelievable. Especially because this place stays full year round. As someone who lives here, this story is hard to swallow.
