maintenance here is terrible. nothing gets fixed unless it is absolutely necessary, for example, my ac broke and they fixed it within a few days, but the broken patio storage doors that are falling off the hinges have not been replaced. they have been on order for three months. The light fixture that fell in my bathroom has not been touched. The stove that had a blue electrical pop from a never used burner has not been checked out. My dishwasher hose busted and destroyed the cabinet under the sink, it was replaced, the cabinet was never touched. The wood on my balcony is rotted and the railing bolts that go into it are loose due to the rotted wood..... I am a resident for now but not for long.
