Follow up to 8/19/2005 review. The $280 "fee" for applying but not signing a lease and cancelling before even making a deposit payment is now on my credit report. Per the application I signed, they have fraudulently applied a judgement onto my credit report. Be wary. Do not apply unless you definately will be living there and signing a lease. It appears they're so desparate for applicants they consider your application to be the actual lease, which, it isn't.
