I have lived here for a little over year & have not had any significant problems.Of course typical stuff happens, backed up toilet & things like that - but MY apartment is not a slum. I don't have much contact with the office people, but they are always polite and incredibly - always know me by name.

I do have neighbors that left dirty diaper trash outside their door, but I saw the maint guy knock on their door & tell them to get rid of it asap. The same people also left their little dog on the patio DAY/NIGHT without food/water & one time when I was walking by I heard her yell at it, then kick it - but I think the office must have done something b/c I overheard her yelling about them to 'mind their own business' & shortly after, Animal Control officers investigated. I'm glad they did something b/c it broke my heart to see that little guy treated like that. She wasn't very happy with them, but then again, us neighbors weren't happy with her b/c she
isn't considerate to us. I hear she is moving out & am glad.

Aside from her - it's nice here & I will redo my lease again because they only raised my rent $25.00.

I would recommend.
