This place is horrible! Your first clue: Take a look at the furniture(the rips and dirt on the sofa and chairs) in the office. Your apartment will be maintained even less. Take a look at the "gym." I was told it was going to be renovated when I moved in. And A friend who lived here 5 years ago said he was told the same. And note the perpetual garbage bags laying in front of the mail area. The laundry only eats the quarters you feed it and gives you nothing 80% of the time. Notes are left constantly by residents (which are taken down by the office)to let people know which ones are working at any particular time. Maintenance is a joke. My storage doors are so warped they don't close or lock which they say has been noted( 2 years ago upon move-in) and the balcony railing was and is rotted to the point it can't be leaned on. If you have kids, don't get an apt. by the pool. the gates do not close automatically or lock as i think is the law. Also, the trash compactor will crush anything even when it's open. Not a good thing for kids playing hide and seek. You can wait months for something to get fixed, literally no matter how much you beg. I have one thing that has never been fixed after months of requests. You get told not to park on the grass even though there is a huge shortage of spaces.They also tell you to park in the lines, which have faded to almost nothing in most spots. The noise complaint line never gets responded to. I've actually had voicemails returned to my phone unlistened to after 30 days!!! Whoever knew such a thing existed'! You can only leave voicemail for the office. you will never get a person! The office people are polite but nothing ever gets fixed! Being homeless is a better bargain for your money. I moved in out of necessity and would've never moved in if I wouldn't have been homeless or had to go back to a seriously crazy ex.
