Some of these reviews are astounding. For one, the staff here is absolutely excellent. I am in the rental business, and have found the staff here to be EXTREMELY dilligent and overall great.

I moved into my apartment and there were some problems, but I attribute that to the fact that I moved in after July 4th (on a Wed) and I am sure people were off or busy with other things. I can tell you that the ENTIRE staff went over and above the call of duty to make my apartment great, and even left a coupon for a free pizza with a nice card apologizing for the errors.

Be realistic, they could could have just said "Deal with it", but they didn't. They handled it very professionally, and I just can't believe some of this stuff I am reading. I know that some of the people on here will think this is a staff member, so I am will happily not post this anonymously, and if you would like to talk with me more about it, feel free to email me.

Location, staff, and the apartments are all worth it.
