This place is a waste of money we only stayed for a year. The apartment staff are terrible, you move in and they are wonderful until you need something fixed or have a question. We moved out and never received our deposit, so we called and they said they sent our letter certified to use. come to find out they sent the letter to themselves and even signed. I would not trust this apartment at all, there is mold, no parking, and if you need things fixed you are lucky if they come and if they do come to fix it, they fix it half ass. The boards are coming off the sides of all the building and we even had a problem with a pole in front of our airconditioner so we could not put a filter in and they said sorry there is nothing we can do. Our electric bill was $193.00 for a two bedroom. Matintence was a joke only one person for the longest time and they worked the poor guy so much I asked him when he actually had a day off and he stated he had not had a day off in four months because they would not hire anyone. We hated the place and couldn't wait to move out.
