One thing I really hate about these forums are they attract idiots. It doesn't matter which apartment you look at, ritzy or ghetto, some jack-n-ape claims them to be the gates of hell. Some apartmentss generally suck, some it looks like people just look for a reason to complain. I lived in lighthouse bay for a year. I moved because I moved in with my fiancee into his apartment, my lease was up, his was just renewed. I didn't have any bug or mice problems cause I lives on the 3rd floor... which sucked for moving in/out and bringing in groceries, but I lost 10 pounds my first month there and never even had to go to the gym! Unfortunately, here in florida, no matter how clean and renovated, office, apartment or house, there ar roaches. Huge palmetto bugs that will snatch a sandwhich out of your hand and bitchslap you when you sleep. They are unavoidable. Especially being so close to the bay and bayshore. I had a studio apartment because I was 19 at the time and just moved out of my parents house and didn't need alot. It cost about $550 a month because I wanted a southern facing pond view. Parking was a pain in the ass, but I've never lived in an apartment complex where it wasn't unless there are two assigned spots per apartment, and I've never seen that. The apartments are old and stuff breaks, but stuff broke in the brand new house we rented. It happens... alot... anywhere you go. It was noisy at times, but again, most apartments can be. The staff was lackluster, but for the price and location, it was a great deal. My fiancee and I want to move back into the area because of our job locations and we're going to look at Lighthouse bay because I have no problem going back. They are cheap, in fairly good condition, and have everything we need as a young, career starting couple. I look forward to be able to bike or drive down to ballast point park or gandy 's friendship bridge again, and I love the fact the there's a target, publix, and 7/11 in walking distance, let alone how quick it is to drive... although with gandy and dale mabry it's sometimes quicker to walk!

Your review was cluttered, and it's quite clear you have issues effectively communicating. Anyone in their right mind would never move back into these apartments
