All the reviews for lighthouse are before the new construction. I've lived in different places, all that were absolute crap in comparison. Maintenance can be a little slow, but they do finish their work, and it's properly done. I've never had any problems with neighbors, I think once a new set of people we're being loud at night, and one complaint to the management fixed that.
Take into account that the majority of the reviews and pictures are older, go check the property out for yourself.

The pictures posted still reflect current status. The issues have not been fixed, it would require interior renovation.
