I just moved out after spending a year there. The other person was correct. They are ridiculously over priced as well as badly maintained. I had requested things to be fixed that were either new problems or things that were promised to be fixed at move in and within the year of living there, they fixed only one thing. The water/ electricity bills are too high. For 1 bedroom, I paid as much as some people with large houses and sometimes more than that. The office staff has serious issues(mentally, I think). After putting in the required 60 day notice, I was harrassed on a daily basis with notes on my door. It was always something. They returned my rent check with all kinds of stipulations on how it should be paid as well as more money added to the balance and then a late fee because they returned it after rent cut off day and there was no time to get it back in before that. They also tried to evict me two weeks before my move out date. Now they are billing me for the fee of eviction, pet damage(that was not there), dirty bathroom/kitchen(which I cleaned before moving) and all kinds of stupid things adding up to almost $2000.00. I have never seen such crazy harrassment in my life!

My husband and I are moving out of this dump. Let me add that when people smoke below you, it comes into your unit and circulates. All of our clothes smell like ass. We can't wait to leave.
