After reading the previous reviews, I feel as if I lived in a different place! My experienced has been quite different from the other two.

I agree, the rent is high. However, I rent a one bedroom with a loft and the interior design is quite nice and different from a lot of other standard apartments. The amount of light is wonderful, and any problem I've had has been fixed within 48 hours of reporting it.

I enjoy the amount of parking available, and the covered assigned spaces. The neighbors are kind and friendly. I have seen people around with huge dogs, but they have areas to walk them.

I love the Carrollwood area. The apartments are located in a quiet yet center area. I LOVE to have everything so close to me (Walmart, Target, Publix, Office Depot, Staples, big bookstores, etc, etc). Besides, the Citrus Mall is only a short drive away.

The office staff has been quite helpful at receiving packages from UPS when I've been away. They're nice, and the maintenance crew is quite friendly.

I will have to move this year closer to the area of New Tampa, but I regret having to do so.
