This place is an absolute abomination in every sense of the word. Starting with the front office, going right into the poorly kept "renovated" buildings, to the horrendous & I mean horrendous parking to the lousy old cranky a---ole neighbors who just need to get a life & not worry so much about what their neighbors are doing & just concentrate on dying at a ripe old age of 80.

I moved into my palace abouot 6 months ago, into one of the "brand new" renovated apartment for $1049 per month for a 2 bedroom. The "brand new" was a joke to begin with, everything & I mean everything that was "renovated" must have been done by homeless heroin addicts because the workmanship is about as low as I have ever seen, Huge holes in walls just patched with spackle & painted. Paint slopped all over, "new lowest quality carpet placed on top of 20 year old dirty filthy padding. Everything else is very low quality & just embarrassing.

The Office Staff is another Jewel in this crown of S--T. These terrible women & one --- guy must have the worst life in the world. The manager cannot even be professinal enough to hold back from calling you "baby" everytime you have to cringe & speak to her. The other one must chain smoke ciggarettes because the 3 times I had to deal with her the office reaked of smoke. Overall just terrible atitudes, They feel like they have the location & the small amount of apartments so they stay full. Therefore they do not have to provide service in any way shape or form.

The parking is the last & worst thing on the list. Each apartment gets one (1) assigned spot. Then the rest of the people who live there or visit are treated to about 6 "guest" spots. many times the guests of others park in your one spot & you are forced to walk for literally 300 yards to get to your door. I made the mistake of calling the lousy phone answering service about someone parking in my spot & they told me they woulsend out someone to tow the car. Well they did tow but they tomwed my car. I had to pay $140 to get my car out of tow because of the incompetance of the staff!! Thats all I will say if you still rent here after you read this then you deserve what you are about to get!!

Spot on review!!! especially the management! The worst i have ever seen in my 10 years of rentals! Absolutely miserable! The paarking is also the worst I have ever seen!!!!!!!!

I agree with EVERYTHING and then some!! Kathy is the miserable chain smoking hag in the office in case anyone missed who that was. Avoid her at ALL costs!! I am SOOO sorry that it is inconvenient for her to get her lazy, emphazimic ass up and help me when I come in the office. enough said about parking so on to "maintenance"...what a bunch of crack heads!! I have NO idea what happend to the other maintenance men but I have taken to locking up my valuables and my underware after seeing these men. One actually peed in my toilet, left the seat up and didn't flush!! Bottom line is, you get what you pay for and I guess we are paying sty prices because we are stuck with a bunch of pigs!!
