I lived in Lofton place from 3/02 to 2/03. My car was broken into two times in two months. The office was of no help,they told me time and time again that they would start locking the back gate. This only happened for about a week. I told them they needed to get better lighting in their parking lots and they said it was too expensive, that I should go to my local authorities. I paid way too much money to have been told that lighting and "safety" was too expensive. I was there when that girl's purse was snatched, it happened 5 minutes before I pulled in. I had to park 5 buildings away every time I went anywhere past 5 o'clock because they didn't have enough parking. I believe there is mold in the walls b/c my boyfriend was con stantly sick but when we moved out he was fine. I hear mold in the walls is very common in Florida apartments. Kids used to come in and harass my neighbors and one night broke a window at 2 in the morning in a bottom apartment. I did love my garden tub, but that's about all I miss.
