First of all I would like to comment the management for informing us that we will no longer be getting our mail 4 days after the mailboxes were apparently shut down. So now I have to go to the post office on my lunch hour to get a weeks worth of mail. Next I would please like someone from the corporate HQ in Tampa to please take a drive past the dumpster area. There are 2 overflowing 15 foot dumpsters spilling all over the place and no dumpster in the place where there should be one. The entire half of the complex reeks of trash and I cant even open my windows. Luckily it's been cool the last couple of days so it doesn't smell as bad as it could. After paying in excess of $1000 to live in these conditions I really hope someone can contact me about getting the portion of my rent back when I move out this coming weekend due to these extremely unsanitary and inconvenient conditions. Why was the mail not delivered to my box' Why are the 2 dumpsters overflowing into the lots'> Why are the dumpsters in the open and not in their container. When will I get a refund' I have pictures of the trash heap if you need them along with a photocopy of the letter about the mailboxes no longer being in use. I look foreword to a resolution to these things immediately along with the prorated of my December rent returned to me along with the full security and proper portion of the pet deposit. If you are lucky someone from the health department will shut you down for running an illegal dumping facility. Oh yeah, kids run this place like a gnaglang trainig ground, so dont step out at night. This weekend there was a helicopter cicling the complex and police dogs doing a door to door search. My GF's car was stolen last year and the stair broke out from my foot and I am not an obese person by any means (200 lbs) This place can suck a fat one in my book
