the things I liked about Lofton Place
1. The gardeb tubs
2. The floorplans
3. everyone is on a lake

The things I don't like
1. My car got vandelized twice while here, and also hit in the parking lot, office did nothing about it.
2. The tile in my bathroom fell off the wall, and when they came to fix it, they used different color tile, so they don't match now.
3. They have a flee problem
4. There is mildew everywhere in the bathroom.
5. The children around here throw chairs and bottles into the lake and pools.
6. Things get broken all the time, Like the spa, it was broken half the time I have been here.
7. I have had a hole in my screen for ever, and they have not fixed it.
8. Kids light the trash area on fire.
9. A woman had her purse snatched from her by a "jogger"
10. The water pipes break all the time, and now we have half our parking area torn up because of this, that leaves little spaces.
11. The mailboxes were out of service for a week w/o a future notice.
12. The fitness center sucks, it needs a T.V. and a treadmill that works.
13. The office people need to comunicate more to eachother, they quoted me a price, then when I went to do the deal, the price went up 130.00 and I was told that the girl was new, and didn't know anything!
14. You can hear people through the walls, if you are next to the stairs, good luck trying to sleep, and when people take showers you know it, or slam doors, or even drop something.
15. The cops are always looking around the lake and in the backyard of the apartments for people.
16. Plains go over eveyday

Overall, it was a great first impression, but once you've lived the horror stories, you will know.
