I moved out 4/9/04 and I am glad! They kept my pet fee and security deposit totaling $1055.00. Tey said for insufficient notice. I was told to give a 30 day notice to vacate when I moved in and they sent my notice to renew 30 days before my lease expiration. What is wrong with this picture' Living there means enduring loud stairs, loud people(inside and out), car break-ins, people urinating outside of windows, and there are many more reasons. I also never got a copy of my lease(none of the times I requested it). If you want to be financially raped, then by all means move in! By the way, the apt was in great almost move in condition when I moved out. They are full of BS!
