I loved Lofton Place in the beginning! The other reviews were right on it! Don't be fooled by the sunken living room and garden tubs. I had ants or termites for months and they did nothing I had to exterminate myself. Also yes you can hear your neighbors taking a shower everyday and the kids (teenagers) run around there all times of night breaking windows and doing whatever else they please! Thank God I didn't have anything bad happen to me, but once when someone was so drunk he tried to break into my place and I called the cops on him come to find out he was so drunk and high on drugs he went to the wrong apartment!
