I lived in this apartment for 4 years in a 3 bedroom. After 4 years of always paying rent on time with no problems, the charged us $1200 for "damages" to the apartment such as the carpet being worn and mildew in the bathroom. FOUR YEARS!!!! We had no choice but to pay it or it would show up on our credit by these scumbags. The apartment was showing its wear and I could have understood $200 or so for general cleaning...no problem....they tood advantage of us and they will of YOU...don't do it!
