I am appalled by the previous comments. I have lived here at Lofton since 1999 and have seen several people come and go. No place is perfect but I have had a great experience living here. The head of maintenance is not only friendly but fixes stuff quickly, like the same to the next day even though the company has a 48hr guarantee. The ladies in the office are very friendly and polite. I don't know the new manager that well but she has been very friendly and has made some really good changes. She is the 6th manager since I have been here and so far the best. My family and I would not have renewed our lease for the 6th time if this was bad place.
