I have lived at Lofton for three years. I can give a honest detail of life here. For about a year we had a bit of "young riff raff" on property, and the management got rid of them immediately. The apartments although not new are well kept, and ocassionally there we've had a maintenance issue - these were taken care of swiftly, and I swear it seems those maintenance guys never go home.

The apartments are in a woodsy area of Carrollwood, and I've heard some people have had an occasional raccoon, possum or rat get in through their fireplace, but then again so have my inlaws who live in a $350,000.00 home in that area!

The office staff have personality, and don't lie to you. The maintenance guys are friendly, and don't ignore your wives as they struggle with shopping bags, or garbage. Lately I noticed the pool deck needed repairs and it appears that is being done now.

If I could just have a TV to watch while running on the treadmill in the exercise room - I'd be a happy man!
