My husband and I have finally moved out of that overpriced embarrasment of a apartment complex after 4 long years. We have had so many problems. First off our dishwasher caught on fire due to faulty wiring, they didnt replace it. My tires got slashed multiple times. My upstairs neighbors kept garbage on theyre porch to the point where maggots were raining down through the cracks. After letting the apartment office know about this they denyed it saying they were ants. I'm not an idiot. It took weeks for them to fix that situation. Unfortunetely all they did was spray Raid and left us to clean up the mess. Our bathtub was rusting at the bottom. which they did nothing about.
They tried to make the place nicer by painting it but all they ended up doing was tearing half of our termite infested porch beams.
The parking has gotten a little bit better now that everyone has wised up and moved the hell out of their.
Many of my neighbors have told me about them having problems with mold growing in closets. Cars getting broken into and even water seeping in through the walls.
I would reccomend looking the other way when driving by Lofton Place apartments.
