We do not typically write reviews, but felt we needed to warn as many people as possible about Lofton Place. We live on the property for about 2 years, and watched as the property went downhill, fast.

First, is the poor management. Actually, that's being too nice, as they are horrible. From the Property Manager, April, to all of the employees below her (hmm), they are all rude. The manager is probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Obviously, she trains the staff as everyone else is just as bad. The office is supposed to close at 6, but typically closes much earlier.

Lies... Again, we lived on the property for 2 years. During that time the hot tub never worked. When asked, the manager said it would cost too much to fix so it's just going to remain broken. Additionally, they have problems with teens abusing the pool area, so they do not want to fix the hot tub as it will just make matter worse. HOWEVER; they list it as an amenity and continually show it to prospects. If it does not work and wont ever work, why continue to show it '

Bugs... Yes, you read it before in many other reviews and I must admit, the bug problem is VERY bad. It was actually the last straw that forced us to move. Not just any bugs, but bees!!! Swarms of bees which would enter our apartment through the bathroom fan. Imagine how nice it feels to get up in the morning to go to the bathroom, and feel the piercing feeling of a bee's stinger in your foot.

Ghetto Residents... There is not much which needs to be said here. If you like to live in the Ghetto, then you will feel comfortable at Lofton Place.

No Parking... Does every resident have 4 cars ' We started to think so as the parking problem is really bad. Even if you do find a spot, you are lucky if your car is still there in the morning.

All we can say is stay far away from this dump. Equity Property is usually pretty good, however; this is one of their slums.

Lastly, it's kind of funny that the only postive reviews of this property are all on the same day. And if you read them closely, all sound like they were written by the same person. Hmmmm....
