TOO BIG FOR THEIR BRITCHES

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Many other properties in the area for same price or LESS. And many of them are NEWER. Standards for residency are DROPPING. My guess is that you need a credit score of about 19 to get in here. Incredible number of people moving in-and-out. Management team POOR: Dishonest, arrogant, impersonal. Drive AROUND the property and check-out the back. IT'S A DUMP. (The front and pool area are kept in good condition. But don't let the pretty face fool you.) Laundry room is a dive. Hot tub isn't hot. Pool closes at "dusk", and is abused by non-residents.
