I'm sure the folks who have given the bad recommendations are those who have gotten the toss. The management team has strived for changing things from the past. Great manager (who by the way has worked 24/7 for months) and office staff that pays attention to detail and reccomendations.
There are no bugs, no mold in my living area. Remember folks we live in FLORIDA it's hot and humid and if you don't leave the AC on during the day what do you expect!
Maintenance needs a little more instruction at times but it's a great comfortable place for the money. A definite Southern Comfort atmosphere. My neighbors are great and everyone gets along.
