We moved in here thinking it was a cute nice apartment complex in carrollwood with great access to everything. Well it has great access to alot of crime, with in 3 monts of living here we have had 1 car completely vandalized in the parking lot and another stolen. This happens alot here, apparently this is in a very active gang location. Not to mention the place isnt very secure, there is a little gate that closes at midnight on the back entrance but the front is open for anyone to drive away with whatever cars they want. The so called security they have at night leaves at midnight, who breaks into cars before midnight when everyone is still out and about who lives there! Loud rowdy neighbors and teens hanging out in parking lot till all hours blarring there music that are not residents. the park behind the complex constantly has gang graffitt. Honestly before you move in get a crime report of this place and then make your decision, its not worth it safety wise or money wise to constantly have this much damage to your personal property. The management just gives an oh sorry attitude and that is it, they dont do anything to up security and they have to know there is a problem. They avoid problems like the plague. Beware before renting!

I'm moving out Dec 1st. Lots of burglaries, vandalism, car thefts and problems with kids and drugs from hampton park. Security is a joke, one old Polish guy that has to walk around a 316 apartment complex. About a year ago kids threw a lounge chair through gym window at pool deck. Nicole a sales clerk is a snotty -----. The black asst property manager is clueless... Another ghetto has been born...Whay a horror...
