I haved lived here since October '05 and, other than the EXPECTED issues, I have had no problems out of the ordinary. Do you complainers realize that you live in an apartment' Things are going to happen so you need to realize that fact or quit being cheap, avoid apartment living and buy your own house! Chances are, all you people are going to find something to complain about no matter where you live. I also have my suspicion that you whiners are people who got kicked out, evicted or just simply couldn't deal with the rules being enforced properly. I am sure that if any of you reading this look at ANY other review on this silly website, you will find nothing but bitter, unhappy complainers who have nothing better to do than spend their time showing the world how ignorant they are. If you are looking for an apartment, don't put any value on the knuckleheads on this site, do what I did. Visit the property, collect your info from the leasing agent and then drive around until you see some residents. Ask them what they think. I am sure, more often than not, you will get accurate information from people who STILL live their and who have not been evicted for being a scumbag and not paying rent. Whether you reveiew Lofton Place or any other complex in Tampa, do yourself a favor and avoid using this site as a source for decision making. There is no credibly whatsoever, especially from people who write an "anonymous" review. If it was so bad for you, grow some balls and defend your stupid comments.
Way to go Lofton Place, you've got us for awhile. We appreciate all you guys do!

for your information i wrote the review about the the crime in this area. And i will "grow some" and say my name is veronica and lived in the back apartment building 9 facing that awfule park which first we thought was a great bonus feature. this park let lots of teens to steal and vandalize our vehicles 2 in 3 months! we were great tenants and the office staff turned out to be quite nice in the end, we broke our lease to move some where quieter and a lower crime rate. But we did get all of our security deposit back from Brian because we Were great tenants who always paid on time and left a perfect apartment with no damage behind. SO go ahead and say what you want but there are deffinitly some downfalls to this place. Yes beautiful building and very friendly neighbors that even helped us pack but in the end just driving by and seeing what the place looks like and asking a few residents doesnt always give the best picture, get a crime report, that will tell the story. and for us, safety was more important so i thought it might be to a few others who would read this!

where are you now if you are still there you need to come out of your glass apt...and see it for what it really is...Loften Place is labled....and the mgmt comp is the reason for it. Not all properties get poorly ratings...it all has to do with the mgmt company and property mgr...but when you have once that stay in the office and only worry about net fill and are dishonest...from lieing to etc .... you get what you are...and you bring in residents like what you are...if the leasing agents are checking the apts...and they are so dirty moving in....then that tells you how they live and what they think are clean... so again you get what you are....
