Don't be fooled by the appearance and staff's first impression. Remember, they are salespeople. When my family and i went on a property tour, everything looked nice inside and out, and the staff was extremely nice. After the first month or two, we (my family and I) started to see the managements true colors. They (by they, i mean every single one of them) are all rude, dishonest, and in my opinion criminals.
Just recently it has gotten really bad, since they decided to let Section 8 move in. Cars being vandalized, including mine, apartments being broken into, and 'rift-raff' yelling and screaming @ all hours of the night. What does management have to say about it' "Well, you are the only ones complaining, so it must be a personal thing against people less fortunate!". Verbatim. I told the property manager what their employee had said to me about my complaint, and all he had to say was,"And what do you want me to do about it'"
For the sake of you and your family's safety, do NOT move in this complex! Not only is the rent too high to be having ANY problems, but the staff is no help either.
Also, dont expect any response what so ever from the Regional/Corporate office. They like to redirect you to the property manager, who is a D#$#! I have had about $2,000 in damage to personal property by either the maintenance staff, management, or the Section 8 punks that like to key your car. Nothing has been done by the property, regional or corporate office. No phone calls are returned. They basically treat you as if you dont exist.
It has been 6 months now, and i call weekly to try to talk to someone, and no one has ever returned my calls. I hope one of the management/staff is reading, cause a lawsuit is just around the corner.

CONGRATS!!! YOU HAVE SAID IT ALL !! I USE TO LIVE THERE...!!! IT YOU END UP IN A LAWSUIT GO PUBLIC, A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL COME FORTH I AM SURE ON THIS MGMT COMPANY...BUT YOU SAID IT ALL AND IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO TRUE....

i wish i had read this before i moved in instead of coming across it while looking for the address for the corporate office. this place is a dump - swarming with wasps, hornets and the 24 hour maintenance is a JOKE! the "ladies" that work in the office are liars and a-holes.

It is very true the staff here are terrible they seem really nice and concerning at first but they are just lazy and unproffesional. If they dont like you they will not pick up your phone calls or return them.
