Drug deals done at the local pool after hours.

Cars Broken into on a regular basis.

Police Take Hours To Get To This Place When You Tell Them There's An Emergency (no doubt because of it's reputation).

There are some nice neighbors here but the Hoodlums and Punks create issues that aren't worth living with. If you think the place looks nice and clean so you're going to chance it then let me tell you it's a make-up job on a pig and you wouldn't kiss a pig regardless of how much Make-Up you have on so don't rent this apartment either!

Sounds like the police have their hands full in the area. I know the area pretty well and it isnt that apartment complex that keeps the police so busy but an area further away. Too bad the Police Chief can't get his act together. But I wouldnt blame the apartments for the crime. No matter how much you screen people you can't screen their friends. I had a problem like this at my apartment complex and I called the police all the time until it eventually got better. Seemed a lot more effective than just complaining on a review site. Maybe you should complain to the police.

it is not the police chief, it is the sheiffe dept. The apts hire some old guy to appear once or 2xs in a truck and walk around once...Not once have I ever saw him after 9pm, or if you do he is hiding in his truck. the apts let anyone in just to netfill...set outside on a weekend. they never answer any complaints....when you call they say ok i'll take care of it...The office and maint. is very poorly managed...and the apts have went through 3 mrgs in less than a year...So from anonymous who is probably from the office you need to get educated...There are laws that protect residents from poorly ran mgmt companies!!!!

I live around the corner from these apartments. The crime is the neighborhood in general, not the apartments. If it was gated it'd be less of a problem. However, many at work live here and noone seems to have a problem with it.
