I've lived here for about a year and I'm not happy. I have a two bedroom apt. that smells like MOLD, no matter how much carpet fresher, air freshner, glade plug-ins I used. My second bedroom I've never used..I basically used it for storage...I just happen to open the closet in that room and I nearly passed out by what I saw. There was MOLD growing all on the walls in the closet..thick black smelly mold! I was soooo pissed off, I called the leasing office (on a sunday) left a message. The next day they came and the issue was taken care of...at least for now....I think the entire carpet needs to be pullled up. I can't seem to get rid of that scent. My upstairs neighbor constantly yells at her kid and I feel like I'm in the same room! The walls are sooo thin. I have complained at least three time and the probem has not been resloved. Maybe I should call CPS. Parking is a nightmare! someone has keyed my new car....I hate to come home too late, becasue I WON"T have a parking space near my building and I' scared to walk alone...The security guy is too OLD to help if I was attached...Hell, I just got a heachache from typing this.. .........I'm looking for a new place to live...

Cars still get stolen all the time too.

Cars get stolen from that area all the time. It's nothing to do with the property. It's because there's ghetto kids everywhere. If you want to live somewhere that this isn't going to happen, you should look at spending more on an apartment to be in a newer neighborhood in tampa

it is not the ghetto kids stealing,,,(get educated and spend more time researching your self before you make a remark to someones reply,,,you are probably from the office anyone......) I have friends at the sheriff dept...and it is not always the ghetto kids....(THESE APTS ARE NOT MAINTAINED WELL AT ALL. ON THE INSIDE...AND I KNOW OF SOME BAD APTS,,THAT AS YOU CALL IT HAS GHETTO KIDS IN...AND GUESS WHAT !!!! NO CARS ARE STOLEN THERE....THE LIGHTING IS REALLY BAD IN AREAS OF THESE APTS...AND THERE IS LAWS THAT PROTECT PEOPLE FROM POOR SECURITY IN APTS..DUE THE THE APTS NEGLECT. THE MGMT HIDES IN THE OFFICE...AND WILL LET ANYONE IN JUST TO NET FILL...
