I have lived here 2 weeks ..just settling in and termites swarming.
I have come home to this twice ...disgusting ...I also noticed a water
stain on the ceiling in the kitchen from the upstairs apt...no doubt..
I didnt see that when I moved in. I am going to move immediately..
Probably the termite colony is in the wood from the leak ...I should have known
when I had 3 people here to scrub a one bedroom apt before I could bring a box in

I agree so much, I lived there 11 months and was told by the 2nd mgr which there has been 3 since I lived there I could move at any time since I went through a nightmare moving from out of state into this horror as long as I give a 30 day notice, I moved, gave a 45 day notice, and now have received 3 bills I owe 900, 1200, and which they actually owe me 127.00 I had a 300 deposit per my lease and they say 100. LOOK OUT THESE PEOPLE ARE SO SCREWED UP, MAINT. IS A JOKE AND SO IS THE OFFICE, THEY LIE, GET YOU IN, THEN YOU ARE STUCK, !!!!THEY MUST GET COMMISSION OR SOMETHING.
