First off lets start by saying all of these apartments have termites. But that is only 1 percent of the problem (common in florida) In the past 5 months this place has completely gone down hill. My boyfriends truck was broken into -of course the thieves stole money he had in the middle console. My neighbors girlfriend's car radio was stolen. I understand car break-ins happen anywhere, but try within the past 2 weeks a total of eight apartments have been broken into; one of them which was on the 3rd floor. Apparently this happened within the day time. Equity is more concerned with hiring a night time security to keep you from sitting in the jacuzzi past 10:00 pm and less security protecting the safety of their renters. Oh and did I mention a woman was attacked here recently' I'm packing up now and will be out of here by the end of the week. Good luck to anyone who rents here. And just remember the leasing office will say whatever it takes for you to rent here.
