I just moved in about two weeks ago, and I absolutely love my apartment. The floor plan is very nice. The only complaint that I really have is that my downstairs neighbors are atrocious. They have complained about my 4 year old son playing in his room since the day I moved in. They have called the cops "to make sure everything is ok." They are completely unreasonable, and I am waiting for the property manager to handle the issue. Other than that, parking isn't that great, but the building is quiet for the most part. I've hardly run into any of my neighbors, except the problem tenants downstairs, of course. I haven't seen any bug, but I like to keep my apartment clean and free of debris. Another problem is the dumpster. I've only seen one and it's in the back of the complex. They do have a 3rd party vendor that takes the trash out for $10/month. I may have to employ them.
