This is the best complex in Tampa. The staff is great, Donna is the best property manager i have ever come across!!! Pam in the office is wonderful! They are extremely friendly and know all their residents names. They get all maintenance problems taken care of real quickly, like promised. I lived here for 4 years and now after the nightmare place i am in now, i wish i never left. Thank you Donna for managing such a great place to live! This community actually lives up to the name of community!!!

Well Donna is gone and this place is a nightmare to live in, I would say it is the most exspensive dump in tampa, maintnance is lazy.
