I just moved back to Tampa from up north. I was away for a few years, but I when I lived here, this was the best apartment complex I lived in. The management staff was always friendly, and really helped its residents with any concern. When I left, I burned a hole in the carpet with an iron by mistake, and they didnt even charge me. One time I had to transfer from a two bedroom, down to a one bedroom. The transistion was extremely smooth, and they did all they could to help. The people who live there were also friendly, but not to the point of being nosy. The apartments were always free of bugs, always clean when I moved in, and the grounds are just breath taking. I did have problems with the gate every now and then, but the office was always on top repairing them as soon as possible. Donna and Pam are the sweetest managers Ive met in the rental business. The laundry facilites are always immaculate, as is the pool area and weight room. This complex does have a car wash as a convienence, but I wouldnt recommend using it..the soap left streak marks in my paint. Overall, this was such a great place to be, Im moving back in!
One more thing I would like to add, I have my two cats because of the management staff. They knew I was looking to adopt a cat, and because they take the time to know the residents, they paired me up with a resident whom was moving out of the country, and could not keep her kittys. I adopted them right away. I was really impressed, because not only did they pair us up, but they also help her make and put up flyers regarding the adoption!! I really cant wait to live there again. :-)

Whatever jesscarpenter wrote was back in 2004, now the management office is rude, not nice and they will do anything to charge you more for everything. They also forget things so make sure you keep everything in writing, they really need some management skills and are not very educated. I would love to take them to some of my management classes, they really need them! Or at least a management book... MMMM maybe I??ll give them that for Christmas!
