I just moved in 3 weeks ago. It's really nice, safe, people around seem nice. I work nights, so I don't really see/hear my neighboors. But it's pretty nice. One problem: parking. If you don't get home before 7pm, you might not get a good spot. But seeing that I work nights and get home around 8am, I usually snag a good spot. Except for Saturdays. The health club is small, but it's nice. The pool is also really nice. The people in the office are really nice! Always willing to help you out. They even have dog treats if a resident brings their dog in. I have never known a complex to do this. This community is gated at night, which is nice. I like being able to walk to Target and Publix. They even had a party for residents with food and prizes, I did not get to go, but that was a very nice gesture!!!! My one issue was the pet fee. I had to pay for each of my 2 cats. Like there is $200 pet fee for one, then I got another one and had to pay $150 extra. All in all a very nice community! Would definately reccomend to friends and/or lease again!!!!

your new, give it sometime and you will see that Archstone is terribile and over rated the place is a dump.
