I can't believe how far they have fallen. I paid less than 600 for the smallest apt, I can't imagine what they are charging now. The new company that owns this place is obviously losing their shirts, because I believe they paid more than twice the market value for the property. First they kicked out everyone that didn't want to buy, then they couldn't sell them and now they evidently don't know how to take care of renters. I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the old office staff, but now, you probably couldn't pay ME to live there.

They are renting again a 1/1 that is 509 sq which is the mid-size 1/1 925 per month, look elsewhere
