I lived here from August 04 to August 05. I never had one problem with crime, bugs, or maintenance. I had a few sugar ants when i first moved in, but they were taken care of easily with a few traps. Everytime I called maintenance they were there and fixed the problem within one day. When I moved everything went very smoothly. I loved the nieghborhood. We never had a problem with crime and it was close to everything. I loved being so close to the bay.
I left because I graduated college and moved away from Tampa. I am now looking to move back to the city and would definitely move back to this complex if they were still Archstone.
