This should be renamed to Bayshore Villas(formerly Archstone Bayshore)
Do not, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE TO THE BAYSHORE VILLAS. When this property was Archstone, they had the best customer service, they responded to any and all work orders with in 24 hours and they made it a great place to live. When Archstone sold the property last year to become condos everything started to go down hill. There was crappy customer service they fired all the old people that worked there and picked up the biggest -------s and ------- they could possibly find and stuck them there. Don't get me wrong it's a great South Tpa location, to those that don't want to be SOG its right there on the line. To those that like everything at their disposal it's right there to everything, freaking target is a literally a jump away. However they are charging way to much for what you are actually going to get. For those 5 people that actually bought those things I hope you got your money back already because News Flash, they went back to being apartments. Any apartment building that is going to charge you 925 for 509 sq feet and they can't even fix the outside breezeway lights are out of their minds. I called 3 weeks ago and I put in a work order and they are still out, I am not one to complain but COME ON SERIOUSLY. 3 weeks I have been walking in the dark using my cell phone as a light so that I can see if I am sticking my key in the door the right way. Then today I am told there is a breaker out, UM it doesn't take a month to get breakers what are they doing making them from scratch. The people that are there now are so freaking condesending that it can't even be explained. I seriouly wanted to punch someone in the face when I walked out of there today. There are tons of other places to live in the area and I suggest strongly that you look there. If you are a person that likes to be over charged and treated like crap than this is the place for you. However if you are a normal person and if you are playing almost a grand a month in rent and the least you expect is excellent customer service then go some place else. I see the other posted and people are are disenchanted for one reason or another but I have watched this place go from being premier to potty like in a short span of time. I first moved in a 2/2 and then into a single which is where I am now. It's completely night and day and not for the better. Who every is running that place now need to learn customer service 101 ASAP
