I've been here just over 3 months and have had no complaints thus far. It's walking distance to Publix and Target as well as the YMCA. It's pet friendly and I always see people walking their dogs on a leash as well as picking up their business. Your security deposit is waived if you have good credit and they give considerable discounts if you're in the military. The smaller 2/2 is quite nice and the patios are pretty large compared to other apartments in the area. The apartments come with full-size stacked washers and dryers (no additional fee) or if you'd prefer more storage space you can use the on-site laundry room.

The property is gated (not that it makes that big of a difference) and there's also a police officer that lives at the front of the property.

Office staff has been really friendly and my family and friends all really like the property.
