I haven't lived too many places that I can honestly say I enjoyed throughout my stay, but I can with Mainsail south residences (formerly bayshore villas). Anytime I had a maintanence request it was handled quickly and efficiently, the grounds and pool are beautiful and the location is superb in south tampa. I am moving now after 3 years living there because I'm the type of guy that needs change and also can't afford their increasing rent year after year. I started paying around $735 and now my rent is at $895 after only three years. Keep in mind that I am in a one bedroom one bath, 605 square foot apartment! That is an aburd amount of money but I realize I am paying for location and quality service. I won't be anymore though, which is a relief to my checking account! Other than the high cost in rent, I can find nothing else wrong with this complex and would highly recommend it to others....

$895 is an insane amount to pay for 605 square feet of space. That alone would wave me off with the large amount else available out there. Let me add that I'm paying $905 right now fora 2/2 w/1400 square feet and a car port with a lake view in Brandon.

My son lived in this dump for nearly a year and I found the management to be rude and dishonest. These people are as crooked as sticks.
