Although i have not signed with malibu yet, i think that their office staff should be acknowledged for their helpfulness. I've visited once and encountered a very helpful young lady, and have called numerous times with a mouthful of questions and each time i have had all my questions answered and they took their time with me and didn't rush me to get off of the phone and have always been nice to me.
