I don't know who they get the write all the good stuff that's on here, but it's not people who actually live here. Did you notice all of the good reviews are written about the "office people" how obvious is that. Since I moved in my grades having gone from A/B to, if I am lucky, D's. The partying here has gotten out of control. They don't do anything to stop it. I don't feel safe because of the shady people that I see hanging around outside and the location is not in the best area to be living in. I think that for the money I pay in rent I could be living in a much nicer place without worrying if I'm going to be able to find a parking spot when I get home at night. They are only nice to you once a month....and that's rent time! Trust me on this...Stay away far, far away from Malibu
