Is this person joking. First off come in and look at the place yourself before deciding to move in or not. I live at Malibu and manage to keep my grades above a 3.5 as well as my room mates to. People have parties which have to stay inside and usually always do excluding the boys on 1 that is ofcourse. They are way out of control, but if youre here to fit in or learn. thats the problem you have at hand..not malibu. As for the security..A gate, fake guys in uniform (given) and clickers to get in. Honestly what more does that person want. The only huge problem with malibu is the electricity.
