I came to work on a project with a friend here and her ac had been broke for almost a week! I've never heard so many complaints about any college apartment- usually you know what your getting into. In support of my friends who live here, I'm writing this review to tell you that for what you would pay here - move to Tampa Palms! This place is ridiculous, they pay for ammenties they barely even have and to put up with a manager who is completely two face.
