The manager sucks. She is a real pain to deal with. She will not treat you like a customer but instead like a lower class. Does she even realize that he salary andthe food that she eats is paid for by the Renter's hard earned money' Rent is supposed to cover internet, electric, and the rest of the utilities. Well, the internet is dirt slow, and you are given an electricity allowance of $120. If you go over this amount, which you will go more than over , you will have to add it on to rent. Parking is $10 extra. The lease allows any malibu personnel or any one they hire such as a shady maintenance guy to enter and roam any where inyour aparment at any given time without prior warning. That means you can be sleeping, and they can come in. But worst of all they have came in when you are not there. They can easily steal or raid your place and not be responsible for it. The security gates are wide open 24/7. The mailbox is locked inside the leasing office. That means you can only check your mail between office hours of 10-4:30. Working people can't even check their mail daily. Although this is a new building, it is cheaply made, things are falling apart already. If you were to tap on the outside walls of the apartment, it is HOLLOW!! Neighborhood isn't so great very close to the bad part of town. The lease perior is the strangest part. If you sign up after July but before December, it will be a years lease. If you sign up on January, it will be a 7 months lease. The lease is synchonized with the USF semester schedule. You DO NOT want to be stuck here for a year , I'm telling you.
Do not come here. Unless you prefer the mentioned faults. Luckily there are other great apartments close by.
