Poor Management/No Offers for Price

I am currently a resident in Malibu and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease. I feel that the management at Malibu is racist. There are a handle full of minorities in the apartments, black, hispanic, asian, etc. and we all live together. While I, and another person were trying to move into another room within the apartments the management made it the most drawn out long experience. I would NOT reccomend this apartment to anyone, and If i could get out of my lease i would and move somewhere else. The apartments have a great look and are nice, but for all the rules and regulations, we pay entirely too much money to be caged and watched 24 hours a day by CIS (a Rent-a-cop company) and parking is NOT included. we pay an EXTRA 10$ to park in our own apartments. It is also limited. there are not enough spaces per people that live here.
